Make your Christmas Tree screensaver at your own taste!

Christmas 3D screensaver has a menu. To call options menu click right button of the mouse in the working screensaver. Don't move the mouse on the screen, otherwise the screensaver will be closed up! The menu will appear in the right corner of the screen. Now you can change the settings of the menu and move the clock.

Colored lights
		When Option “Sound on/off” is turned on, the garland lights are flashing in time to the melody. The color of every flashlight is catching the character of the melody (only in version 1.75). You can also change the color and quantity of lights (from 0 to 1000). You can set the play and twinkling of the lights and arrange the colored lights into rays and spirals.

Extra options
		There is a mode which allows you to change the rendering of New Year's tree from normal to high. The menu allows you to add/remove cones and the snow on the fir-tree. There is a special info in the right corner of the upper part of the screen, allowing to see the quantity of frames in a second.

Clock
		A clock can be switched on and off and replaced anywhere to your own taste. You can zoom it in and out and even change its place. Clock designed in New Year's style which shows the current time (current year / date of the month / hour / min / sec ).

Windows 98, ME, 2000, 2003, XP, 3D accellerated videocard, Direct X9 or higher.

Windows 98, ME, 2000, 2003, XP, 3D accellerated videocard, Direct X8 or higher.

   Installation: Launch the installer program (Xmastree_2007.exe v.1.75 or Xmastree_2006.exe v.1.73) and follow the on-screen instructions. The settings of the screensaver will run at default.
   To call the options of the menu click right button of the mouse in the working screensaver. Don't move the mouse on the screen, otherwise the screensaver will be closed up! The menu will appear in the right corner of the screen.
   Now you can change the settings of the menu and move the clock. To leave the mode of menu it is necessary to click right button of the mouse again.
   It is preferable to set our screensaver on hi-tech computer. With the help of the menu, you can tune the screensaver up to optimal functioning. To get more effective speed of screensaver, just decrease next parameters: Snow Quantity, Lights Quantity, High/Low Fir-tree Rendering. To decrease the quantity of snowflakes and lights on the fir-tree you need to move a required rod to the left. There is a special info in the right corner of the upper part of the screen, allowing to see the quantity of frames in a second. You can also increase the productivity by changing the overview of a fir-tree. For that you need to change High to Low Rendering.
   This product is available in two versions, as demo and a full version. Demo, in contrast to a full version, has got a disable option to save the settings and a dark stripe with the notice "register, please"

The settings of menu

This settings allows you to choose the arrangement of colored lights, to set the random disposition when the lights take the accidental places, to change the colors of decoration.
The menu allows you to add/remove cones and the snow on the fir-tree. There is a special mode which allows you to change the quality of New Year's tree rendering.
There's a clock in our new version of 3d Christmas Tree. It shows the current time, including data. You can switch it on and off, zoom it in and out. The clock can be placed at any place at your option.
New options of screensaver make possible to play your favorite melodies as mp3 files from the folder of your disc.
When Option “Sound on/off” is turned on, the garland lights are flashing in time to the melody. The color of every flashlight is catching the character of the melody.
The screensaver always uses the "Default device" set in the "Sound recording" section of your "Sound and Audio Device Properties" dialog. Verify that your chosen source of audio is correctly routed to the input of the default sound device by using the Mixer in the "Recording Control" dialog or any other facilities offered by your 3rd part or specialized
audio drivers.

Here is the description of menu settings:

Snow

You can change the size of snowflakes using the setting Size. The closer is the rod is towards to the right side of the scale, the bigger are the snowflakes.
Next category is Quantity. You can increase and reduce the number of snowflakes using the rod from the left to the right and back. When the rod is on the left side of the scale the snow are off.

Lights

You can set the lights in Spirals and Rays (the green light shows that the option Rays is turned on).
The setting of Quantity allows you to change the number of snowflakes from 0 to 1000. You can increase and reduce the number of the colored lights using the rod from the left to the right and back. When the rod is on the left side of the scale the lights are off.
The setting of Position allows you to change the place of the colored lights. When the rod is on the right side of the scale the lights take up a casual position.
The setting of Twinkling allows you to set the speed of colored lights twinkling. The closer is the rod towards to the right side of the scale, the faster are twinkling the lights.
The setting of Hue allows you to choose the color for the colored lights to your own taste.

Camera

You can set the Speed of rotating camera from low to fast. The closer is the rod towards to the right side of the scale, the faster is moving the camera.

The Cones turns on and off with the special button Cones (the green light shows that the option Cones is turned on).

Snow covering

This option allows you to turn the snow covering of the Christmas tree on and off (the green light shows that the option Snow covering is turned on).

Fir hi/low render

This setting is recommended to low-powered computers. This parameter allows to set a high or low polygonal fir-tree The green light shows that the option High rendering is turned on.
